The composition of the board guarantees diversity, it has broad expertise in the cultural field and a strong affinity with the film and AV sector. A fifth board member will be appointed in 2024 to further broaden the board in terms of background, knowledge and expertise. A phased schedule of resignation will also be drawn up to guarantee administrative continuity, with a maximum term of office of four years with the possibility of extension for a further four years. When appointing new board members, we take the Culture Governance Code and the Diversity & Inclusion Code into account. The board meets at least four times a year and meets with the director on the basis of a fixed agenda, with policy, personnel and organization, finance and risk management as fixed points.
