1. Introduction
The Privacy Statement relates to the processing of personal data of professionals in the film industry (trainers), participants in training courses of FilmForward and other affiliates with FilmForward (through registration or permission).
FilmForward means by processing everything that can be done with your personal data, such as collecting, but also storing, using and removing.
Personal data is all data that directly or indirectly says something about you, such as your name, address, account number, e-mail address as well as the IP address of your computer.
In the Privacy Statement FilmForward describes the purposes for which personal data are processed, which personal data are processed, on what legal basis this is done, how your privacy is protected and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

2. When does this Privacy Statement apply?
The Privacy Statement applies to the processing of all data of the parties as referred to in the first paragraph of this statement.
3. Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?
FilmForward is responsible for the processing of all personal data that fall within the scope of the Privacy Statement. The Privacy Statement states which personal data is collected and used by FilmForward, for what purpose and to
which persons or entities the data are or can be provided.

4. For what purposes are personal data processed and to which data does this relate?
I) For the performance of contracts.
When you purchase a product or service from FilmForward (participants), or offer a product or service via FilmForward (e.g. trainers), FilmForward processes your personal data for administrative purposes, such as sending invoices and taking care of communication regarding (implementation of) the service.
For this purpose FilmForward processes your contact details, such as your address and e-mail address, name and payment information.
II) For relationship management and marketing
As a member of FilmForward, you will be kept informed about similar products and services from FilmForward, or reports of an informative nature in that context. If you do not appreciate such reporting, you can always unsubscribe.
5. Who has access to personal data?
FilmForward does not share the personal data with third parties, except for parties with whom FilmForward cooperates for technical reasons to use the data.
The data is protected internally and can only be consulted by the person who has been made responsible for this, or the employee who needs the personal data to perform the task in which personal data are used. As noted: for the stated purposes only and not for other purposes.
When a third party processes your personal data, this party acts as a processor. This concerns the hosting provider, for example, since FilmForward uses external servers. FilmForward has entered into an agreement with such processors in which it is stipulated that the personal data will only be used for the service as provided to FilmForward and that it complies with all the requirements of legislation and regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation.
6. How is the protection of personal data guaranteed?
FilmForward has taken safeguards to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data. FilmForward has implemented appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or loss, damage, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, as well as all other forms of unlawful processing (including, but not limited to, unnecessary collection) or further processing. Examples are training of personnel, secure servers and a protocol against possible data leaks.
7. How long are personal data stored?
Your personal data will be deleted or made anonymous when your
personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which it
personal data are processed.
8. How can you exercise your privacy rights?
You have the right to inspect an overview of your personal data, change it and, under certain conditions, rectify and / or delete your personal data.
