He was responsible for the tv show <em>Dr. Panda<\/em>, a show watched by millions of children all around the world, and he&#8217;s co-director of <em>Lilly and the Flying Dutchman<\/em> (Richard Claus, Patrick Chin and Stine Buhl), that will be premiered soon. Chin is also the writer and director of the film <em>FAYA,\u00a0<\/em>an animation about Surinamese resistance hero and anti-colonial author Anton de Kom.<\/p>\n<p>Next to his work as a filmmaker, Chin has been actively involved in the animation sector for years. He&#8217;s co-initator of Animatie in Kleur, a network of people of colour who are working in the Dutch animation sector.
