The processes and techniques\u00a0se\u00a0uses\u00a0are based on reinventions of those from the pioneers of photo- and cinematography.\u00a0Her\u00a0work has been exhibited and screened at festivals and film institutes worldwide, among other\u00a0TIFF,\u00a0Ann Arbor Film Festival,\u00a0Filmmuseum Taipei, Sonic Acts Amsterdam and International Film Festival Rotterdam. Her work is part of the Eye Amsterdam collection and distributed by Light Cone, Paris.\u00a0Urlus is founder and chairman of the Filmwerkplaats, Rotterdam, the only artist-run\u00a0photo chemical\u00a0filmlab in the Netherlands and known worldwide as one of the largest, most technically advanced and most active community labs for analogue film.<\/p>\n
