Her recent films include \u201cMy Senses Are All I Have to Offer\u201d (2024; world premiere at La Semaine de la Critique, Cannes Festival), \u201cBecoming Male in the Middle Ages\u201d (2022; Ammodo Tiger Short Award at its world premiere in IFFR &#8211; International Film Festival Rotterdam), and \u201cThe Bite\u201d (2019; world premiere Toronto International Film Festival \u2013 Wavelengths). <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">She was the Portuguese Official Representation \u2013 Portugal Pavilion at La Biennale di Venezia in 2022 and was awarded a Pinchuk Future Generation Art Special Prize in 2022 and the Present Future Art Prize in 2018 for her art career. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Her films have been awarded in numerous film festivals and her work has been exhibited or screened in art institutions like Castello di Rivoli (Turin), High Line (New York), P\u00e9rez Art Museum of Miami (Miami), CA2M and Museum Reina Sofia (Madrid), CaixaForum (Barcelona), Tate Modern and Gasworks (London), HOME (Manchester), Palais de Tokyo (Paris), Times Museum (Guangzhou), and Inside Out Art Museum (Beijing).\u00a0With Catarina de Sousa, she co-founded the film producer Foi Bonita a Festa in 2021.
