As a collector and connector, FilmForward has regularly brought together professionals and organizations in the AV sector and inventoried the wishes and needs for innovation.<\/p>

  • Focus tables Crew<\/strong>, brainstorming sessions with various professionals about how the various professional groups can further develop and what is needed for this.<\/li>
  • Focus tables Talent<\/strong>, round tables and discussions with various talent development programs about the ideal landscape of talent development, and with AV courses and study leaders about ways to improve the connection to the labor market after completing a course.<\/li>
  • Transgressive behavior<\/strong>, brainstorming session with cast and crew members and producers about tackling transgressive behavior.<\/li>
  • Directing assistance<\/strong>, meeting about the field of directing assistance to strengthen cooperation between first ADs, recording managers, assistant directors and script continuity.<\/li><\/ul>


    At FilmForward, the sessions, meetings and roundtable discussions always aim to link an activity with which the sector can be strengthened and improved. That is why the feedback that is collected is always fed back to the parties involved, and a possible follow-up is then discussed with them in the form of a workshop or a follow-up meeting.<\/p>

    For example, the Focus Tables Crew have led to various workshops (realized and\/or in development), such as a post-production workshop and a crash course on legal matters. The brainstorming session about transgressive behavior led to a workshop for sound people and actors about communication and collaboration. The Talent Focus Tables have led to better communication between the various talent development processes and ideas for better collaboration between the AV courses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
