Our dream for the future for the Dutch film and AV sector: Dutch films, series and other audiovisual productions appeal to a broad Dutch audience and are seen, praised and purchased internationally.<\/p>

The sector and the stories that are told are a reflection of our society. All links in the production, distribution and exploitation chain are connected and forged into a chain. The excellent productions have a competitive international position; they are celebrated nationally and internationally. The sector is a forerunner when it comes to experimenting with and implementing new technological and sustainable developments. There is a healthy flow of talent through training and a steady influx of self-taught people.<\/p>

People from diverse cultural and social backgrounds within and outside the Randstad find their way within the sector in an organic way, without barriers of gender, color, background or disability. The foundation is formed by well-trained professionals in artistic, technical and production terms, who can excel in all disciplines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

FilmForward encourages film and AV professionals in the Netherlands to grow professionally. We do this with a future-proof program that is developed for and together with the sector based on the core values of diversity & inclusion, health & safety, sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship and adaptive capacity. This should result in a broad and diverse range of high-quality productions that distinguish themselves professionally, artistically and in terms of urgency on the (inter)national market in order to increase the chance of domestic and international success, selection for leading film festivals and worldwide sales. enlarge. Which in turn contributes to the economic sustainability of the sector, and a healthy ecosystem within which makers can experiment and excel.<\/p>

We align all our activities with our core values in order to optimally contribute to the continuous evolution of the AV and film sector and the quality requirements of the audience. We do this by being a leading institution that not only nurtures talent, but is also an incubator for innovation and progress in the sector. In the coming years we will focus on further refining and deepening our programs (innovation) and strengthening our community.<\/p>

Diversity & inclusion are crucial in all our activities, as we strive for a more diverse and inclusive Dutch film and AV sector. We also focus on health & safety, sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship and adaptive capacity to strengthen the sector and allow it to flourish.
