The intense 3-day training is tailor made for Dutch film industry professionals wishing to gain knowledge and insight into the production of animated films. It aims to provide an in-depth insight into the animation industry and topics such as the development of animated projects, production and post-production, festival strategy and distribution. The residential workshop is formatted to discover the animation industry specifics through masterclasses by leading experts, moderated and interactive group work sessions and individual consultations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div id=\"paragraph-block_6463661578f62\" class=\"block-paragraph\">\n<p><strong>Tutors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Animation Lab Netherlands will be led by experienced producers\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ceeanimation.eu\/person\/martin-vandas\/\">Martin Vandas<\/a>\u00a0(MAUR Film, Czech Republic)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ceeanimation.eu\/?post_type=person&amp;p=11854&amp;preview=true\">Jelena Popovi\u0107<\/a>\u00a0(National Film Board of Canada)<\/strong>. The workshop event will take place from\u00a0<strong>11 to 13 April 2024<\/strong>\u00a0in Amsterdam, alongside the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaboomfestival.nl\/\"><strong>KABOOM Animation Festival<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Animation Lab Netherlands is open for\u00a0<strong>Dutch film producers<\/strong>, who have experience in fiction or documentary filmmaking, or have started their first productions in animation. The participants should have been responsible as<strong>\u00a0main producers for at least two projects<\/strong>\u00a0in their current field and are developing their animated project or have ambition to develop or enter in production of an animated project. The participation fee of\u00a0<strong>300 \u20ac<\/strong>\u00a0includes a festival accreditation to KABOOM Animation Festival.
