Momenteel artistiek directeur van het Palic Film Festival en curator van het Black Nights festival in Tallinn. Tot 2023 was hij hoofd studies en directeur van SOFA \u2013 School of Film<br \/>\nAdvancement. Van 2002-2019 was hij afgevaardigde van de Berlinale voor Centraal-, Oost- en Noord-Europa en de Kaukasus.
