Norbert ter Hall is a film and television director, screenwriter and producer. After training as a graphic designer at the University of the Arts in Arnhem, Ter Hall worked for some time as a set designer for various theater companies and broadcasters. In 1992 he received the Charlotte Köhler Prize for his theater sets. Gradually his work shifted to directing television drama. Ter Hall’s credits include the television series “A’dam – E.V.A.” Waltz, ‘t Schaep with the 5 legs, The curtain palace by Ollie Hartmoed and Madame de Minister directed. The feature films Mi Vida, The Promise of Pisa and Monte Carlo are also his work.
Norbert ter Hall was speaker at the workshop Multiple Voices – Inclusivity in Storytelling.
