FeedForward Community
FeedForward is FilmForward’s own network of professionals from the film and audiovisual sector, where we meet several times a year to explore current developments in the industry. This allows us to develop programs that meet the needs of film and audiovisual professionals.
The current group consists of Bibi Fadlalla, Rogier Kramer, Rosanne Fontaine, and Sarieke Hoeksma.

Bibi Fadlalla

She studied Film and Television Studies at the University of Amsterdam and Documentary Media Studies at the New School in New York. In her work she uses a distinctive cinematographic visual language in which she incorporates animation and music. Bibi made documentaries such as Zwarte Piet en ik (2012), Dat Haar! (2016), Kendis (2017), Father Figure (2019), The Women of my Country (2020), Prologue of a Nation (2023) and Generation Pa (2024).

He has participated in various industry meetings and training programs, such as Rotterdam Lab (IFFR) in 2018, Berlinale Talents in 2020, and the EAVE Producers Workshop 2023. Rogier is a dedicated and passionate producer and strives to build long-term collaborations with writers, directors, and co-producers, prioritizing transparency and equality. He is a member of the European Film Academy and the Dutch Academy for Film and occasionally gives guest lectures at the Netherlands Film Academy, where he graduated in 2015. Furthermore, Rogier is always looking for stories about, for, and/or by the queer community, as Labyrint Film aims to lead the fight for better representation of this group in particular.

Rosanne fontaine
Rosanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Economics and a Master’s degree in Modern Art History. After working in the art industry for several years, her interest in art and commercial photography led her to filmmaking.
She initially worked on set as a production manager, but later transitioned to post-production, working as an in-house post-producer for various post-production facilities in Amsterdam. In 2019, she began working as a freelance post-production supervisor, wanting to be more involved in the creative process as part of the crew during post-production. At the beginning of her freelance career, she participated in the annual APostlab workshop in Budapest in 2019.
As a post-production supervisor, she has worked on several feature films and high-end series in the Netherlands, including the Dutch Oscar entry BULADÓ, Tribeca Special Mention PINK MOON, Netflix Original CAPTAIN NOVA, winner of the Camera d’or ARMAND, and Videoland Original SPHINX.
