Thomas Lüdemann

After his studies of audio & visual engineering, Thomas started off as a sound designer for TV- and feature films in Cologne/Germany. The emergence of the first digital film cameras broadly used in production sparked his interest in being involved in the whole post production process. He started to coordinate the post production of his first projects, which finally led him to move to Munich in 2010, one of the main film and TV hubs in Germany. Thomas went on to supervise the post production of a broad spectrum of projects, ranging from mainstream German feature films, high end sports documentaries for Red Bull, international coproductions and arthouse films winning numerous awards at A-list film festivals. Some of his credits include Paradies – Liebe by Austrian filmmaker Ulrich Seidl, Marc Rothemund’s This Crazy Heart and Paradise by Andrey Konchalovskiy. In 2019 Thomas joined the Netflix Post Management team in Amsterdam.

Thomas Lüdemann is mentor at the Post-Production Workshop.
