FeedForward Community
The FeedForward community consists of a group of industry professionals from various disciplines. Using their advice, we develope and organise programmes that address the needs and pressing issues in the sector. The FeedForward community meets twice a year.
The current group consists of Indra Baars, Rogier Kramer, Bibi Fadlalla, Rosanne Fontaine, Sarieke Hoeksma, Marcel Huibers, Chee-han Kartosen-Wong, and Joris Kerbosch.

Indra Baars
Indra began her career with an internship at KRO, where she discovered her passion for the production side of the trade.
After completing her internship, she registered as a self-employed entrepreneur and continued her career in the production world, focusing on fiction productions.
In addition to producing her own short films, she successfully completed her first UP project in 2024.
Indra currently works as an In-House Line Producer at NewBe, a film and television production house operating in Amsterdam and Antwerp that has worked on, among others, the Misfit (Erwin van den Eshof) film franchise and Gewoon Boef.

Bibi Fadlalla
Bibi Fadlalla (Cairo, 1978), is a Sudanese-Dutch filmmaker who makes documentaries and video installations. She studied Film and Television Studies at the University of Amsterdam and Documentary Media Studies at the New School in New York.
In her work she uses a distinctive cinematographic visual language in which she incorporates animation and music.
Bibi made documentaries such as Zwarte Piet en ik (2012), Dat Haar! (2016), Kendis (2017), Father Figure (2019), The Women of my Country (2020), Prologue of a Nation (2023) and Generation Pa (2024).

Rosanne Fontaine
Rosanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Economics and a Master’s degree in Modern Art History. After working in the art industry for several years, her interest in art and commercial photography led her to filmmaking.
She initially worked on set as a production manager, but later transitioned to post-production, working as an in-house post-producer for various post-production facilities in Amsterdam. In 2019, she began working as a freelance post-production supervisor, wanting to be more involved in the creative process as part of the crew during post-production. At the beginning of her freelance career, she participated in the annual APostlab workshop in Budapest in 2019.
As a post-production supervisor, she has worked on several feature films and high-end series in the Netherlands, including the Dutch Oscar entry BULADÓ, Tribeca Special Mention PINK MOON, Netflix Original CAPTAIN NOVA, winner of the Camera d’or ARMAND, and Videoland Original SPHINX.

Sarieke Hoeksma
Sarieke Hoeksma is a story editor who’s graduated in Film Studies from the University of Amsterdam in 2015, specializing in dramaturgy, philosophy, and gender studies. Since then, she has worked for various production houses, including Keplerfilm, PRPL, Spotted Bird, Mirage, Lemming Film, Studio Biarritz, and Oak Motion Pictures, and contributed to films such as Buladó (Eché Janga, 2020), Pink Moon (Floor van der Meulen, 2022), Hotel Sinestra (Michiel ten Hoorn, 2022), and Captain Nova (Maurice Trouwborst, 2021). With the ambition to work internationally, she studied for a semester at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver and participated in training programs such as Torino Scriptlab 2019, the Berlin Six Days of Practice with Franz Rodenkirchen and Françoise von Roy, and Emmanuel Oberg’s Development Workshop.
Her focus is on guiding filmmakers in finding their own voice and story.

Marcel Huibers
Marcel Huibers is a sound designer and mixer, with over 25 years of experience in music production and sound design for film and television.
He began his career as a music producer and live FOH mixer for various performances, including music, radio, theater, and circus. After transitioning to film and television, Marcel has contributed to over one hundred productions, many of which have been nominated for and awarded (international) prizes, and has collaborated with renowned filmmakers. Films he has worked on are Een Vrouw als Monique (Claire Pijman, 2024), Zwartboek (Paul Verhoeven, 2006), and Modern Love Amsterdam (Amazon Prime).
In addition to his professional activities, he is a board member of the Dutch Film Sound Association (DFSA) and the owner of an audio software development company, Lobith Audio.

Chee-han Kartosen-Wong
Chee-Han Kartosen-Wong, NCE, is an internationally active film editor with a cross-media vision, who edits feature films, documentaries, and commercials for international brands. She has worked on projects including True Stories of Investing (Discovery Channel) and Uit de Kramp (KRO-NCRV). Her first feature film, Happy Palace (Nicole van Kilsdonk, 2024), was officially selected for the Netherlands Film Festival and opened the CinemAsia Festival. Chee-Han also gives talks on editing, diversity, and inclusion. She has been committed to a better representation of people of color for years. Her anti-Asian racism project, The Invisible Ones, was awarded at the ADCN Festival Dutch Creativity Awards.
Together with her husband Reza Kartosen-Wong, she founded the social enterprise Bongkar met Wongkar, through which they tell stories that center diversity and inclusion, for instance via the picture book Waar is mijn noedelsoep?!?

Joris Kerbosch
Ever since he was a kid, Joris Kerbosch, NSC (1980) has had an enormous passion for films and storytelling. What makes film as an art form so special to him is the fact that you can create a visual story with a large group of people, which will be a combination of craft and art. In 2004, Joris graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy. Since then, he has worked as a Director of Photography on films and commercials within the Netherlands and internationally, based in Amsterdam. His work spans a wide range of genres: from films such as El Houb (Shariff Nasr, 2022) to That Afternoon (Nafiss Nia, 2023) and De Terugreis (Jelle de Jonge, 2024). In recent years, he has increasingly focused on international productions, such as Krazy House (Flip van der Kuil & Steffen Haars, 2024), Get Away (Steffen Haars, 2024), and The Last Days of Rabbit Hayes (Jim O’Hanlon, expected 2026).
According to Joris, this variety of genres and forms is precisely what makes his work so beautiful. With a growing passion for composition, lighting, and storytelling, and a deep-seated belief that stories can and must connect, he hopes to continue contributing to beautiful productions in his role, for many years to come.

Rogier Kramer
Rogier Kramer has been co-owner of the Amsterdam production company Labyrint Film (formerly known as Dutch Mountain Film) since 2019. He has participated in various industry meetings and training programs, such as Rotterdam Lab (IFFR) in 2018, Berlinale Talents in 2020, and the EAVE Producers Workshop 2023.
Rogier is a dedicated and passionate producer and strives to build long-term collaborations with writers, directors, and co-producers, prioritizing transparency and equality. He is a member of the European Film Academy and the Dutch Academy for Film and occasionally gives guest lectures at the Netherlands Film Academy, where he graduated in 2015. Furthermore, Rogier is always looking for stories about, for, and/or by the queer community, as Labyrint Film aims to lead the fight for better representation of this group in particular.
