Do you have an idea for a film script or TV series that you want to work on? Then explore the possibilities to develop and refine your project during the Masterclass Storytelling with British script editor Kate Leys, organised by FilmForward and Netwerk Scenarioschrijvers.

How do you bring a story to life? Where in the process of storytelling can you develop your own voice? And who are the audiences you are creating these stories for?

British script editor Kate Leys will delve into these questions during a Masterclass on Storytelling. Explaining principles of storytelling, she will also focus on how to tell stories with confidence and enthusiasm. Kate will give examples from her own vast experience: having worked on films like Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994, Mike Newell), Trainspotting (1996, Danny Boyle) and Brimstone (2016, Martin Koolhoven).

A day later, Kate Leys will give a Deep Dive Storytelling for a select number of participants. See this page for more information.
