Three teams were selected for the first TalentScope in 2024: Boy Meets Bot (directed by Victoria Warmerdam, produced by Trent), The Muffler (directed by Valerie Bisscheroux, written by Maud Wiemeijer, produced by Laura Bouwmeester, co-creator and actor Hanna van Vliet), and What’s Wrong With Sylvester (directed and written by Zara Dwinger, produced by Layla Meijman, co-writer by Jolein Laarman). The participating teams followed an intensive programme from April 2024 to early 2025, guided by experts from the film and audiovisual sector.
The participants met for a total of three weeks and attended the following sessions:

The teams also followed individual and group sessions from producers Eilon Ratzkovsky and Konstantinos Kontovrakis. They also received feedback from other experts in the field during the International Film Festival Rotterdam, where they participated in the IFFR Pro programme.
