Storytelling deep dive
Do you have an idea for a film script or TV series that you want to work on? Then explore the possibilities to develop and refine your project during the two-day Storytelling Deep Dive with Kate Leys. Discover how expert guidance and valuable feedback can elevate your work to the next level.
Day 1: Masterclass
On Thursday, September 19th, you will start the day with an inspiring masterclass led by Kate Leys. In an informal setting, Kate will share her insights and tips on storytelling, allowing you to begin your project with new ideas and fresh energy.
Day 2: Script Review
On Thursday, September 20th, you will work on your own script. In a select group of 12 participants, you will have the opportunity to discuss your synopsis. Under Kate’s guidance and together with other writers, you will thoroughly review your synopsis in a safe and supportive environment.
Preparation and Feedback
Submit a one-page synopsis of your film or series in advance. During the session, everyone will read each other’s synopses and provide feedback based on the knowledge gained during the masterclass. This feedback offers new insights and helps you improve your film story.
Why Participate?
Participants of previous masterclasses by Kate are enthusiastic about her approach: “Kate enables you to ask essential but simple questions that ultimately resolve the bottlenecks in your script.”
